LGA moves to give peer reviews teeth

The Local Government Association (LGA) has said all corporate peer challenges (CPC) must now be published ‘in the spirit of openness and transparency’.

The Local Government Association (LGA) has said all corporate peer challenges (CPC) must now be published ‘in the spirit of openness and transparency'.

Announcing plans to revamp its peer challenge process, the LGA said it was ‘critical for local government to look to new and innovative solutions to address the challenges and opportunities ahead'.
