Proposed changes to business rates revaluations would prove ‘incredibly problematic' for councils, it has been claimed.

The Local Government Association (LGA) has asked for a review of proposals to move the deadline for draft rateable values from September 30 to December 31 as part of the Non-Domestic Rating (Lists) Bill.
