Council pension funds could save tens of thousands of pounds each time they commission consultancy services following the launch of a national procurement framework.

Unveiled on 16 July, this is the first national Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) framework for actuarial and benefit consultancy services and is open to all LGPS funds.
