Lichfield DC chief executive, and former chair of the District Councils Network, Nina Dawes, has announced she will retire at the end of the year after 11 years in post.

Nina trained as a manager in the private sector and started her career in local government working for a Metropolitan Borough Council in the West Midlands in Housing and Neighbourhood Services.
