Lawyer Pinsent Masons has advised on the simultaneous closure of two streetlighting private-finance initiatives for Barnet and Enfield LBCs.

Both projects are for a period of 25 years and take place under the Government's PFI scheme, with a total capacity value of almost £24m for Enfield, and more £28m for Barnet, to be spent on replacing and improving lighting apparatus.
