Limited influence' claim over Work Programme

Almost half of London's boroughs have 'no influence' over the Government's controversial Work Programme, a survey has warned. A London Councils poll of 25 local authorities found that 12 felt they had no influence at all over the scheme, which aims to get the unemployed back into work.
