Lincoln takes Essex children's role

Essex CC has announced that Helen Lincoln has been appointed to the permanent role of director for children’s social care and youth offending.

Essex CC has announced that Helen Lincoln has been appointed to the permanent role of director for children's social care and youth offending.

She will be joining the council from Tower Hamlets LBC, where she is currently assistant director for children's social care.
