Lincoln wins top scrutiny award

Lincoln City Council has won the top award in the annual Good Scrutiny Awards for a project to tackle poverty locally.

Lincoln City Council has won the top award in the annual Good Scrutiny Awards for a project to tackle poverty locally. 

A further five awards were handed out for best practice in scrutiny at the awards, which were held by the Centre for Public Scrutiny (CfPS) and sponsored by Marston Holdings.
