The ‘death knell' has been sounded for the Greater Lincolnshire devolution deal after the county council's leader walked away from the agreement.

Lincolnshire CC leader, Cllr Martin Hill, said he ‘won't now be able to take' the agreement forward in its current shape after it was rejected by both his members and South Kesteven DC.
