Local communities have used new legal powers to protect around 1,200 assets, according to the latest figures from the Government.

Local communities have used new legal powers to protect around 1,200 assets, according to the latest figures from the Government.

The figures published by the Department for Communities and Local Government showed that 374 pubs and 91 parks are among the facilities to now be listed as community assets.
