Liverpool Council announces Anfield regeneration plans

Liverpool City Council, Liverpool Football Club and the Your Housing group have announced plans to regenerate the area around Anfield.

Liverpool City Council, Liverpool Football Club and the Your Housing group have announced plans to regenerate the area around Anfield.

Under plans revealed this morning, the capacity of the existing football ground will be extended to 60,000 as part of a multi-million pound redevelopment of the surrounding area.
