Liverpool City Council’s New Chinatown project has been kick-started after stalling.

Liverpool City Council's New Chinatown project has been kick-started after stalling. 

The council confirmed shares in the Chinatown Development Company (CDC), overseeing the project, have been sold to Great George Street Developemnts.
