Local government 'stalwart' to retire

The leader of the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) has announced he will retire at the end of the year.

The leader of the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) has announced he will retire at the end of the year.

Cllr Bob Wellington, who has been leader of the WLGA since 2012, will also step down from being leader of Torfean CBC.
