Local government spending in England fell by 1.1% last year, according to DCLG estimated statistics.

Local government spending in England fell by 1.1% last year, according to DCLG estimated statistics.

Real-terms spending based on 2010/11 prices was down from £122.6bn in 2009/10 to £121.2bn in 2010/11.
