Preparations for the Olympic Games this summer are being 'let down' by failures on the Jubilee tube line, local parking arrangements and the Olympic Route Network (ORN), London Assembly members have warned.

The Assembly's transport committee (LATC) today wrote to London mayor, Boris Johnson, raising the concerns - warning particularly that the Jubilee Line may not be 'up to scratch'.
