London chief switches boroughs

Newham LBC chief executive Althea Loderick has been named as the new chief of Southwark LBC.

Newham LBC chief executive Althea Loderick has been named as the new chief of Southwark LBC.

She will take over from current chief Eleanor Kelly, who announced her intention to retire in September.
