Tower Hamlets LBC will showcase the borough's co-operative groups at a free event on 15 September, following the launch of a new scheme designed to cut residents' energy bills.

Co-operatives are not-for-profit organisations owned and managed by the people who use their services, bringing mutual benefit to members.
