A new wide-ranging procurement framework for councils in London is set to be launched by the ‘tri-borough’ partnership.

A new wide-ranging procurement framework for councils in London is set to be launched by the ‘tri-borough' partnership of Westminster City Council, Hammersmith and Fulham LBC and Kensington and Chelsea RLBC.

A total of 20 London boroughs have already signed up to the Managed Services framework, which is being led by Westminster City Council.
