London is not just Parliament or City Hall. The capital's 33 boroughs all have very different needs and inequalities in resources must be addressed in a more balanced way, writes Cllr Teresa O'Neill.
Many people from other parts of the country think of London as the city they see on television, in social media and read about in newspapers and magazines. They look at the way London dominates the news and media and question what they perceive as unfair grant settlements and the way financial resources are allocated.
