October 1 2022 marked not only Lincolnshire Day here in our part of the world, but a year anniversary of the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (S&ELCP) being officially launched.

Given that the traditional gift for celebrating a one-year anniversary is paper, it is apt that I have the opportunity to not only reflect on the past 12 months, but to be able to share some of the successes we have had on paper.
