Serco has pledged it is ‘here for the long haul’ after the publication of a critical report into its outsourcing contract with Lincolnshire CC.

Serco has pledged it is ‘here for the long haul' after the publication of a critical report into its outsourcing contract with Lincolnshire CC.

The report by KPMG concluded the ‘onus of responsibility for service failings lies with Serco' following a series of blunders after the company took over a range of support services last April.
