Children's commissioner for England, Maggie Atkinson, has called on the Government to create a family justice system in which ‘agencies and professionals work together'.

Dr Atkinson welcomed the Government's commitment in its response to the Family Justice Review to put the interests of the child at the heart of decisions in public and private law cases.
