Lord Adonis starts on tri-borough review

Former Labour transport secretary Lord Adonis is to lead a review into London’s tri-borough partnership.

Former Labour transport secretary Lord Adonis is to lead a review into London's ‘tri-borough' partnership.

The review has been commissioned by Hammersmith & Fulham LBC and will examine the effectiveness of the £300m partnership with Westminster City Council and Kensington & Chelsea RLBC, which dates back to 2011.
