Former Essex CC leader Lord Hanningfield formally denied fiddling his House of Lords expenses when he appeared in court yesterday.

Former Essex CC leader Lord Hanningfield formally denied fiddling his House of Lords expenses when he appeared in court yesterday.

The ex-Tory peer and appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court under his real name, Paul White, charged with fraudulently claiming for work on 11 days in July 2013.
