Members of the House of Lords have made the case for greater devolution across the UK if Scotland rejects independence later this year.

Co-chair of the all-party group on UK reform and further decentralisation, Lord Purvis, tabled a motion on Monday to ask the Government what decentralisation plans were in place should Scottish voters reject independence in September.
