For those in the public sector it is a big issue whether we stay or leave the EU. Not just because of all the funds that come from Europe, the Intereg Monies and the support that we get for universities – all of which have had a regenerative impact on towns and cities up and down the country – but because coming out of Europe is about a bigger project.

While today they are promising the world to everyone, handing out sweeties to every Tom, Dick and farmer, there is a big idea behind Brexit and that comes with a plan!
