Jobs for low-skilled workers are gradually moving out of city-centres, a report by Centre for Cities suggests.

The first in a series of three studies,'Moving on up, moving on out?' Overcoming the jobs ­ skills mismatch' presents data showing on a national level there are 2.6 million more people lacking qualifications than there are suitable jobs available.
