LWARB appoints new chief

The London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) has announced that Wayne Hubbard will take over as chief operating officer.

The London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) has announced that Wayne Hubbard will take over as chief operating officer, following Andy Holdcroft's departure.

Charlotte Eddington, who was previously an LWARB business development officer, has been appointed as head of infrastructure and investment.
