Horsham DC has appointed Chris Lyons as director of planning, economic development and property.

Mr Lyons has a wealth of experience in both planning and economic development gained in his previous roles at a number of local authorities, most latterly at Southampton City Council, where he was responsible for shaping and delivering the council's vision.
