Hertsmere BC's online services and phone services have been hit by a ‘major system failure'.

Early investigations have confirmed the problems, which started yesterday, were caused by a ‘hardware fault' and a replacement part has now been sourced, with an engineer currently working on site to ‘restore operations as soon as possible'.
