New management structure at Windsor and Maidenhead RBC

Windsor and Maidenhead RBC has introduced a new management structure of four directors.

Windsor and Maidenhead RBC is introducing a new management structure of four directors, with one assuming the role of managing director – a structure adopted in other local authorities and set to save more than £200,000 a year.

The first-among-equals post – which came into effect on 1 January – will inherit the formal and essential responsibilities of the current head of paid service.
