After six years of being employed as director of personalisation/ operations for adult social care at Croydon LBC, Pauline French, is to become managing director of Croydon Care Solutions, a local authority trading company (LATC).

The council-owned company,launched in 2010, runs some of the social care services currently delivered by the council.
