Caroline Macfarland, managing director of ResPublica (The ResPublica Trust) left the organisation on 8 March.

In a statement to contacts she said: 'I have thoroughly enjoyed the last three-and- a-half years and it has been a real pleasure to see the organisation grow from the small start-up we launched in 2009.
