Manchester City Council has announced plans for a new ‘holding company’ to bring together all its digital assets under one banner.

Manchester City Council has announced plans for a new ‘holding company' to bring together all its digital assets under one banner.

The new company will be wholly owned by the local authority and will bring together a portfolio of different sites, including the Sharp Project (pictured), which offers office space to digital entrepreneurs and production companies.
