Evi Bell has been appointed as the new deputy director for settlement, reform and capital at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).

She has worked for more than a decade across the civil service, in departments including the Department for Transport, and Cabinet Office before joining MHCLG.
