The judicial services company Marston Holdings has bought the local government contractor NSL.

NSL, which provides a range of services for councils, will continue to operate as a separate business, with additional investment and support from Marston, which works with the courts in the UK to recover outstanding criminal fines, child support arrears and council tax.
