Engineering consultancy Arup has called for the Government to use infrastructure projects to drive economic growth, as it publishes a new regional masterplan.

The UK Central plan, which was commissioned by Solihull MBC and the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), aims to create 100,000 jobs by 2040.
