Employment and training provider Maximus UK, one of the prime providers in the Department for Work and Pensions' Work Programme, has appointed Aaron Henricksen as managing director, following the decision of current UK managing director, Bob Leach, to retire.

Mr Henricksen moves to Maximus UK from Eos, where he was managing director, overseeing the recent purchase of Fourstar Employment and Skills, a company with Department Work and Pensions contracts under the Flexible New Deal and the Work Programme.
