Mayor defends close relationship between LEP and combined authority

The mayor of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) has defended the authority’s close relationship with its local enterprise partnership.

The mayor of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) has defended the authority's close relationship with its local enterprise partnership (LEP).

At a Westminster Social Policy Forum on LEPs in London today, James Palmer was forced to defend the overlap in officers between the CPCA and the Greater Cambridgeshire and Greater Peterborough LEP (GCGP LEP).
