Mayor's victory to face election court inquiry

An election court will sit to judge whether independent Tower Hamlets mayor Lutfur Rahman’s victory can stand.

An election court will sit to judge whether independent Tower Hamlets mayor Lutfur Rahman's victory can stand.

A commissioner will be appointed who will fix the date after Mr Rahman's High Court bid to block a challenge to his win was rejected.
