Liverpool City Council has appointed construction firm McLaughlin & Harvey to deliver the city’s most important regeneration scheme this decade.

Liverpool City Council has appointed construction firm McLaughlin & Harvey to deliver the city's most important regeneration scheme this decade.

The company will build the city's new cruise terminal on the River Mersey.
