As the dust settles from the recent county council elections, the gains made by UKIP continues to sink in.

Its key selling point was that of immigration – something that Fenland has been addressing for many years. In 26 of the 42 PCC areas, districts will play a key role in ensuring a successful transition and PCCs realise their joint potential to improve the lives of local residents beyond ensuring their safety from crime and disorder.
