SOLACE Enterprises has added two longstanding public sector practitioners, John Smith and Gavin Jones, as non-execs to its board which is chaired by Rich Benton.

John Smith runs public sector management consultancy John Smith & Associates and is an economist and psychologist. After working in the civil service and in the electricity supply industry, he joined Hay MSL.
