Fenland DC's planning committee has been overhauled after a series of controversial planning applications were approved.

The Cambridgeshire-based district removed all cabinet members from its planning committee after the group granted planning permission to two supermarkets and ignored advice from other officers. Some members will be asked to retrain before they can rejoin the committee.
