Call for 'mental health champions'

A new guide has been published to help councils develop better mental health services.

A new guide has been published to help councils develop better mental health services – timed to coincide with World Mental Health Day.

The guide was drawn up by the Mental Health Strategic Partnership, which includes the Centre for Mental Health and the charity Mind, as one of a series of briefings for the international event held on 10 October.
