A new organisation to promote employment, skills and learning is to be created out of the merger of two leading campaigning groups.

The National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) will join with the Centre for Economic and Social Inclusion (CESI) following the two organisations' strategic alliance announced earlier this year.
