Opposition councillors have threatened to take legal action against Taunton Deane BC over plans to merge with West Somerset Council.

A group of 11 Lib Dem and two independent councillors have written to chief executive, Penny James, warning they will call for a judicial review unless the local authority quashes the decision it made in July to become one organisation.
