Three Scottish local authorities have raised ‘serious concerns’ about projected migration figures that will dictate their funding levels.

Three Scottish local authorities have raised ‘serious concerns' about projected migration figures that will dictate their funding levels in the coming years.

Inverclyde, North Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire have raised their concerns about the ‘pessimistic' estimates while the Glasgow and the Clyde Valley Strategic Development Planning Authority has written to the National Records of Scotland asking it to have ‘another look' at the migration assumptions.
