The Labour Party has unveiled its plans for devolution with plans for more combined authorities and stronger local enterprise partnerships (LEPs).
Announcing the proposals in Leeds today, party leader Ed Miliband said the party's review into infrastructure by former transport secretary Lord Adonis would help reverse a ‘century of centralisation' in this country.
‘I know the next Labour government cannot solve every problem by pulling levers in Whitehall,' said Mr Miliband.
