Cities minister Greg Clark has urged counties, unitaries and districts to prepare proposals for securing devolved powers over economic growth.

In an exclusive commentary written for The MJ this week assessing his stint as minister responsible for overseeing decentralisation over the last five years, Mr Clark stated: ‘Increased devolution of power and resources to local civic and business leaders is now unstoppable.'
